Preface
Reading and writing this material has been very educational for me, and I hope that the encouraged readers will feel the same and be able to know how important this material is for them and the entire population. It is my hope to be able to get this much-needed information out to my patients (and the public), and that they will all share it with their family and friends, etc. because they, too, are not only concerned about their health, but the health of others. If you are reading this, you are probably either sick and are looking for more natural, non-drug cures for your health problems, or you are trying to become more proactive in the prevention of illness and disease. Therefore, it is my intention that every human being becomes more knowledgeable about the topics in this manuscript so they can take better charge of their individual health, as well as the health of others and the health of the planet; and in order to get the most benefit from the information herein, it is essential that you read it from beginning to end. Don’t jump around, trying to find a quick and easy remedy for your current health problem. This will give you a much better understanding of your disease, how you can cure it naturally, and how you can stay healthy for the rest of your long life, without the use of drugs or surgery.
As you read this information, I hope you will see the importance and potential it can have on your health and wellbeing. I hope you will obtain the conviction that you can prevent and cure almost (if not) all disease and illness by natural methods other than drugs or surgery, having a positive impact on your health, vitality, and longevity, changing your life forever – like it has done for tens of thousands of others around the world.
You will be reading some things that will be very new to you, and go against conventional wisdom. I hope that you can get past this, as it will determine how much you grasp. In Kevin’s book he discusses how important it is to ask yourself "how teachable you are?" There is a "teachability index," which will determine just how easy learning new concepts will be for you. There are two variables. The first is your willingness to learn, and the second (which really determines just how teachable you are) is your willingness to accept change. If you have a ten on willingness to learn, but a zero on the willingness to accept change, ten times zero is zero; therefore, your teachability index is nonexistent. So, you must have a high willingness to accept change if you are to fully grasp and understand the concepts in this manuscript.
Kevin also discusses four stages a person goes through when learning any new information. The first stage is called "unconscious incompetence" where you don’t know that you don’t know. The second stage is "conscious incompetence" where you KNOW YOU DON’T KNOW. The third is "conscious competence" where you know that you know, but you have to consciously think about it. And the forth (where you want to be after you complete this manuscript is "unconscious competence" where the information is part of you (second nature), like your name, and just automatic.

You don’t need drugs or surgery to be healthy. There are all-natural remedies to treat, prevent, and cure virtually every disease and illness. There are companies, industries and government agencies that are spending billions of dollars to hide and suppress these natural cures so that we don’t know about them. Every single nonprescription and prescription drug has adverse side effects and should virtually not be taken. These drugs are poison and are the number one cause of illness and disease. There are virtually no medical facts! Doctors aren’t Gods, and whatever they say is not true. These are only medical opinions and theories, which will probably change in the future. We need to choose the opinions that make the best sense to us. Natural therapies can work better and faster than drugs or surgery. They have a higher success rate and have no adverse side effects, compared to drugs and surgery.
Chapter 2: What’s Wrong with Healthcare in America?
Science has failed 100 percent in the curing and prevention of illness, sickness and disease. More people get colds, flu, cancer, diabetes, heart disease, MS, lupus, muscular dystrophy, migraine, asthma, acid-reflux, joint pain, neck and back pain, ulcers, stomach problems, menopause, PMS, ADD. ADHD, CFS, insomnia, skin problems, dandruff, acne, depression, stress, anxiety, sexual dysfunctions, allergies, arthritis, constipation, herpes, fibromyalgia, infertility, cold sores, prostate problems, and yeast infections than ever before in history! Yet, surprisingly there are more people going to doctors, taking prescription and nonprescription drugs, getting diagnostic testing and having more surgeries than ever before. This tells us that the standard conventional medical science system is failing. The percentage of people dying of cancer is the same as it was in 1970 and even 1950. Yet today, you have a higher chance of getting cancer than in 1950. Americans consume over 50 percent of all manufactured drugs worldwide. The average American has more than thirty prescription and nonprescription drugs in their medicine cabinets. So, the only winners in the cure or prevention of disease are the pharmaceutical companies. As another example, more people are dieting, using diet products and exercising more than ever before, yet there is more obesity than ever before (more than 68 percent of Americans are overweight). If you used the 1950 benchmark, over 92 percent of Americans are overweight. But even with the newer, crazy benchmark, still 68 percent of Americans are obese. A healthy person never has to take a drug or have surgery; they don’t have cancer, diabetes, heart disease, etc. They live without sickness, illness or disease. We have been brainwashed to think that it’s natural or normal to get colds, flu, heart disease, diabetes, headaches, pains, cancers, etc., and that it is normal to take drugs, or that we need drugs to be healthy. Consider why animals in the wild don’t get sick (no cancer, heart disease, diabetes…). They don’t take drugs or have formal exercise routines. Drugs and surgery do help with emergency (crisis) situations, but they fail at the prevention of disease and illness, and do not address the cause.
Chapter 3: It’s All About the Money.
There are all-natural cures for virtually all disease and illness, but they are being suppressed and hidden from us by the pharmaceutical industry, FDA, and FTC, etc. The motive is money and power. Money is the root of all evil. There is no financial incentive to prevent or cure disease. The entire healthcare industry is driven to make money. For example, the tobacco industry adds chemicals to make cigarettes more addictive for increasing profits. Making more money means more than anything even if people’s health has to suffer. Greed is the major motivator, and is the root of all evil. "They" lie, cheat, and steal for personal gain. Healthcare is one of the most profitable industries in the world, and as long as people are sick, people in this industry are making billions of dollars in profits. Therefore, there is no incentive for curing disease because "they" would all be out of business. "They" need to insure more people get sick and need medical treatment.
Chapter 4: Who Are "They"?
A former FDA commissioner, Herbert Lay, M.D. says People think the FDA is there to protect us. It Isn’t!
Drugs and surgery are promoted as the only answer to the prevention and cure of illness and disease. "They" (the following culprits) are the people that are keeping natural remedies from us, and get us to take more prescriptions:
1. Children must take vaccines.
2. All federal employees and military personnel take anthrax and small pox vaccines.
3. Get the government to pay for drug usage by poor or elderly, etc. (e.g., Medicare and Medicaid).
These three methods give billions of dollars to the drug companies.
Blowing the whistle on how the FTC/FDA operates - The FTC’s primary goal, according to their charter, is to protect consumers against monopolies, and insure small businesses are given a level playing field in which to operate. Their other goal is to make sure consumers are not ripped off by companies. Yet, in actuality, the FTC has no interest in protecting the consumers. For example, in a coral calcium infomercial, an author was giving his opinions about the potential health benefits of supplementing your diet with calcium. He contacted the FTC on multiple occasions and sent them a copy of the infomercial to see if they had any issues with the infomercial, promoting coral calcium. If they had any issues, they were to contact the producer of the infomercial, so as to be sure he was 100 percent compliant with FTC rules and regulations. The FTC stated they had absolutely no issues with the infomercial and also said they don’t approve advertising. Coral calcium was a great success. Afterwards, the FTC filed a major lawsuit against the producer and author, stating they were making unsubstantiated health claims about the benefits of coral calcium. And the FTC wins 97 percent of the time. They use their own administrative law judges and it never goes to real court. It’s settled in their own FTC building. The FTC never checks with the people making the claims to see if they were substantiated or not. If they were given misleading or deceptive information, then where are all of the complaining customers and returned products? The reason they waited so long to file the lawsuit was that they waited until the company made a lot of money so they could get more money from them. If they stopped them in the beginning, they wouldn’t have any money to give the FTC. So, there’s a financial incentive to keep you sick and to sell more drugs by misleading you about their safety and effectiveness and how natural remedies are unsafe and ineffective.
Why Believe Me – There are dozens of alternative newsletters available today such as those by Dr. Whitaker, Dr. Wright, Dr. Williams, Dr. Mercola, and Dr. Douglass. I read all of these newsletters, and in many cases I concur with them. However, there is one major problem: these people sell products like vitamins, minerals, herbs, and other supplements. Therefore, these newsletters have biased information, which is designed to sell you their specific health products. So you can never be as confident in knowing that the information is unbiased and truthful, or that they are only saying it to make more money because there is a huge conflict of interest. People approach me on a regular basis offering me millions of dollars to endorse their products, to talk positively about their products, or to bash another product. It sickens me that the business world is filled with people who simply live their life for one reason: to make more money. Profit is a four-letter word. Making a profit is not bad, but when it’s at the expense of people, the consumer, and the environment, this is what’s unethical. I don’t claim to have all the answers and my opinions may be wrong, but I do assure you that you are getting from me honest, pure and true intentions, and honest, unbiased opinions that I believe 100 percent to be true and beneficial to you. Chapter 5: Why Are We Sick?
The World Health Organization defines health as a "state of complete physical, mental, and social wellbeing, and not merely the absence of disease and infirmity." People don’t know how good they should be feeling and what being healthy really is. We take more drugs now than ever before and spend more on healthcare, and yet we are sicker more now than ever before. In the past, the pharmaceutical industry had different theories of why we get sick; for instance, germs, bacteria, viruses, etc. The super wonder drugs of the day were antibiotics. They were touted as the method that would cure or eliminate all disease, sickness, and illness. It used to be thought that germs, particularly bacteria and viruses, caused all disease. We have been brainwashed into thinking that we need to take antibiotics when we don’t feel good. The Associated Press stated that the overuse of broad-spectrum antibiotics for a minor infection, poses a serious health threat. The government estimates that over half of the on hundred million antibiotic prescriptions written each year are totally unnecessary; and the government usually recommends antibiotic use! Currently, the theory is that illness is due to genetic defects, and that there is a drug for that genetic defect. Some examples are obesity and diabetes. Paul Sorvino has a natural cure for asthma, and the American Lung Association (along with the American Heart, Cancer, and Diabetes Associations, and other foundations) doesn’t want cures for their diseases because it would put them out of business. So, if it’s not germs, viruses, or bacteria that cause disease, what is it? You don’t catch cancer, diabetes, obesity, heartburn, headaches, fibromyalgia, back pain, arthritis, PMS, impotence, ADHD, stress, depression, anxiety, etc. You develop them. In fact, the majority of diseases are self-inflicted and drugs are not the answer. You do not have a headache because you have an aspirin deficiency. Being sick is not normal, or the natural state of the body. Your body is not supposed to get sick. Animals in the wild do not get chronic illnesses like heart disease, cancer, or diabetes, etc. They do not take drugs; they don’t exercise; and yet, they virtually have no illnesses. And, they live to the equivalent of one hundred eighty human years. The fact is that nobody knows why we are getting sick. There are only opinions, theories, and conclusions. "Scientific facts" are only someone’s opinions. We are sicker because we have more toxins getting into out bodies than ever before. Also, there are fewer nutrients in our foods. Foods are irradiated, processed, pasteurized, which causes indigestion, heartburn, etc. Also, food additives, such as Aspartame (NutraSweet®) and artificial sweeteners, can lead to depression.
Therefore, there are two causes of all sickness, disease, and illness:
You catch something (germ, virus, bacteria, etc.).
You develop an illness – some imbalance in the body. Something is not working or functioning right. Examples are heart disease, cancer, diabetes, acid-reflux, and arthritis, etc.
So what causes this?
What causes the body to be out of balance and the immune system to be weak?
And these two things that cause illness, disease, and sickness.
What is causing toxins to be put into our body?
The most toxic thing you can put into your body, and the number one cause of virtually all disease and illness is prescription and nonprescription drugs. Statistics show that the more prescription and nonprescription drugs one takes, the sicker they are (more symptoms = more illness = more disease). Why? – Because all drugs have a negative side effect. Because even though a drug will suppress a symptom, it’s at the expense of causing some other major problem to start developing in the body. Even if you stop taking the drug, the wheels have already been set into motion. So, in a few weeks or months, you get some different symptom caused by the drug you took previously. This leads to a vicious cycle. Drugs only suppress symptoms. They do not treat the cause of the disease. Drugs are major poisons/toxins. Therefore, the groups that are dedicated to the prevention and cure of disease are actually the groups that are causing more sickness and disease to occur than ever before. This includes the AMA. They will not, under any circumstance, promote a non-patented, all-natural, inexpensive remedy. It’s against their charter (read the book "Overdose: The Case Against the Drug Companies" by Dr. J. Cohen, M.D.). More than 250,000 people in the U.S. die each year from the "correct" or "proper" dosage of a prescription or nonprescription drug. In 2003, 2,000 people died from taking a single aspirin. Drugs may not directly cause disease, but they do cause the body to become out of balance, and this weakens the immune system so that diseases become more prevalent to develop in the body. And, just because you can buy or get these prescription or nonprescription drugs legally, doesn’t mean they are not dangerous. They’re sold because they make more money.
No person or substance can cure a disease, but a healthcare practitioner can do things using natural remedies that will help your body to heal itself. Only your body can heal or cure itself by finding its balance.
So, illness is due to too many toxins in the body. Where do these toxins come from? There are six theories:
Your body is designed to be healthy and never get sick. When you are toxic, your body becomes highly acidic. And, when your body’s pH is alkaline, you virtually can never get sick. Everybody that has cancer has a pH that is too acidic. And, those that have an alkaline pH will never get cancer. So, toxicity leads to acidic pH, which leads to illness or disease and makes you age quicker.
I. So let’s talk about what you put into your body:
1. Mouth. "If man made it, don’t eat it!" Ideally, it should be 100 percent in its natural state. Beware of non-organic, GMO fruits, meats, veggies, grains, etc. In the U.S. today, virtually everything you put in your mouth has been genetically altered, sprayed with chemicals like herbicides, pesticides, antibiotics, growth hormones (causing obesity and early puberty), etc. This is even more of a problem with dairy products since they are also pasteurized and homogenized.
• Pasteurization – This is a heating process that kills bad bacteria, but also kills the good enzymes, which causes increased difficulty in digestion. This process makes milk an unnatural product. This is why so many people have acid-reflux (heartburn). Virtually everything you buy in the store, by law, has to be pasteurized, which means it is no longer in its natural state and has no enzymes left in it.
• Homogenization – This process increases shelf life so that it can be stored for long periods of time. It allows for no separation of the milk from the cream by breaking down the clusters of molecules in the milk. This process causes scarring of the arteries and clogs up the digestive system, which leads to acid-reflux, obesity, and constipation. It also causes all types of allergies. When the arteries are scarred, it causes the LDL cholesterol to attach itself to the artery wall, leading to arteriosclerosis; a major cause of heart disease.
The food industry only wants to make money. So they put more than 15,000 chemical ingredients in food; and, in many cases, they don’t have to list those ingredients on the label. And, not only are these chemicals toxic to the body, they also (in the processing) strip away much of the nutritional value of the food. The food may be up to one hundred times less nutritious than just fifty years ago. So, if it comes in a box, can, or other package, it’s probably been processed. Also, some of these chemicals can actually block the absorption of the leftover nutrients. The food industry is knowingly and purposefully putting ingredients (chemicals) into the food, and not listing them on the labels in most cases, which make you hungry, makes you fat (so you eat more), and gets you addicted to the food. Some of these additives also make you depressed. And the same companies that manufacture antidepressants manufacture these additives.
In general, you can’t look at the front of food labels. You must read the ingredients on the back. Just because it’s all natural, doesn’t mean it’s good for you, or safe. There are chemicals in diet food that will make you fat. Chemicals are also put into food because they cause a disease. Then, other drugs can be used to treat that disease. These chemicals/toxins are absorbed by fat cells, and since our brains are mostly fat, a large percentage of these chemicals accumulate in our brains over time, leading to increased depression, stress, anxiety, learning disabilities (e.g., ADD/ADHD), brain fog, Alzheimer’s, and dementia, etc. These chemicals/toxins lead to stress, which leads to a decreased immune system and increased susceptibility to illness and disease. They also can turn your body into an acidic (low pH) state. There are over 15,000 different chemicals that do not legally need to be listed on food labels.
The processing of food also causes problems. It decreases the energy of the product. Matter is a manifestation of energy from sunlight, air, water, etc. It changes natural foods into unnatural toxins. For example, milk:
• Cholesterol – This does not lead to heart disease. This is one of the greatest frauds. There are people with six hundreds that have no clogged arteries and people in the one hundreds that need triple bypasses. The problem only occurs when the cholesterol attaches to the artery wall. The natural therapy to bypass surgery is chelation therapy (oral, or IV, if more severe); but this does not treat the cause. Cholesterol will only attach to the artery if the artery is damaged. So, what causes the damage? Three things:
• Irradiation – This uses radioactive beams (microwaves) to kill bacteria, etc. This changes the energetic structure of foods and causes toxicity.
• Tap water – This water contains many toxic chemicals (chlorine, fluoride, etc.). Chlorine causes scarring of the arteries, which leads to arteriosclerosis (LDL attaches cells to walls). People drink, bathe, and shower in tap water and swim in chlorinated water, which is why heart disease is so prevalent today. In addition, the toxins are also getting into our bodies by eating or drinking anything made or grown with water that has not been purified. This includes eating meat, poultry, fish or dairy that was fed impure water. Dehydration causes arthritis, sore muscles (pain, stiffness), asthma, and allergies, etc. Dehydration can also affect energy and sleep and mostly effects the abilities of the body to rid toxins or wastes out of the cells and body. Fluoride negatively affects the thyroid gland and can cause obesity, depression, and many other physical problems.
• Spring or Bottled Water – This is a little better than tap water because there is no chlorine. Chlorine is a poison. It’s meant to kill living organisms. Humans are living organisms. Bottled water may contain some bacteria, but these aren’t usually too bad. We are exposed to bacteria every day; it’s how our immune system gets strengthened, and how we develop natural immunities. So it’s mostly this water that is used to grow food, to drink, bathe, and swim in, and for other animals to drink. But what’s worse is showering in tap water, and using steam rooms, and saunas. These are like being in a gas chamber filled with these toxins. The government says that the more chlorine and fluoride water has, the better or healthier it is rated. This is absolutely false!
• Coffee and Leaf Teas – These are okay if they’re organic, and can even be therapeutic. [In moderation, fresh-ground, non-decaffeinated coffee beans are best. Use pure water and avoid refined sugars and dairy that isn’t organic and raw – ed.]
• Artificial Sweeteners – These cause depression, stress, anxiety, and obesity. These chemical sweeteners are some of the most toxic things you can put into your body.
• Soda and Carbonated Drinks – Bottled soda is better than soda in cans, and regular soda is better than diet soda. All carbonated beverages block calcium absorption.
• Alcohol – Many believe that wines are best, and avoid all others. [The sugars in wine can feed candida – ed.]
• Juices – If the juice is man-made, don’t drink it. Commercial juices are usually made from the worst looking fruit, which cannot otherwise be sold. Therefore, it has to be pasteurized to remove the bacteria, which also kills the enzymes. Sometimes they add sugar, which is not listed on the label (e.g., filtered apple juice). [Because of the concentrated sugars, it may be better to dilute the juice with pure, filtered water – ed.]
2. Skin. The skin is the largest organ and it absorbs chemicals and toxins. So if you would not eat it, don’t put it on your skin. Some of the most common additives in sunscreen cause cancer.
3. Nose. You inhale poisonous toxins in the air through your nose. Air fresheners are some of the worst. Would you drink this chemical? Look at the labels; they tell you how poisonous it is. They eliminate your ability to smell odors because they kill all of your nasal receptors. They do not eliminate odor.
• Air conditioners – They all emit chemicals. In fact, anything you smell is going into your body (e.g., manure).
4. Eyes. Toxins can enter in through your eyes. Solar energy enters the eyes, but is not believed to be toxic. Decreased sun exposure leads to disease and imbalances. However, what are toxic are images, which cause negative emotions. For example, today we are exposed to more than 1,000 times the amount of negative images than we were just twenty years ago and 10,000 times more than seventy-five years ago. And this causes acidity in the body.
5. Ears. We get toxins from what we physically put into our ears and also from sounds. Certain vibrations and frequencies can sustain life and cause it to grow, and others can cause it to degenerate and die. Most sounds we hear are from man-made machines and have adverse affects on the body.
6. Other People. Humans are transmitters of electromagnetic fields. This is why some people make us feel good to be around and others make us feel bad. In general, electromagnetic fields surround the body. All atoms vibrate at different frequencies. So radio waves, satellites, radar, etc. pass through our bodies and may (probably do) have a negative affect. People that live close to these radio wave facilities have a higher chance of cancer, depression, and fatigue. Also, cell phone towers, power lines, electrical wiring and equipment, fluorescent lights, and microwaves have similar effects. Fluorescent lights cause headaches, fatigue, and weaken the immune system, and microwave ovens not only leak but they also change the molecular structure to an unnatural, negative, life-draining product.
• Ions – Positive charges have an adverse, negative effect on the body, and negative charges have a positive (healthy) effect. Examples of positive ions are moving (running) water (e.g., streams, waterfalls, the ocean), and wind blowing through the trees. Conversely, positive ions (e.g., an electric clothes dryer) cause a decrease in the immune system function. In addition, we usually have a suppressed immune system because of the amount of toxins in the body. All food (unless it’s organic and non-GMO) is toxic.
II. Waste Elimination. All toxins (put into your body or created from your body) must be eliminated (even if you eat no toxins) in order for them not to accumulate. If they accumulate, it causes the body’s immune system to be suppressed and the body to become acidic. For example, the nose and mouth eliminate toxins by use of the lungs; the urinary tract eliminates toxins primarily through the kidneys and liver; the colon eliminates toxins primarily through the liver/stomach/small intestine; and the skin eliminate toxins through perspiration.
There are two main reasons for having too many toxins in the body:

All exercise decreases stress and tension. Stress is called the "silent killer." It is the holding onto negative energy. Stress turns the body from alkaline to acidic. Therefore, stress decreases immune system function and leads to an increase in disease and sickness.
IV. Rest – Without proper rest, the cells are not able to recharge and rejuvenate. Tired cells cannot eliminate toxins efficiently. Most healing occurs during rest, and most people do not get enough full or deep rest. There are three elements of proper rest:
V. Thoughts – These have a powerful impact on the cells in your body. Positive, high-vibration thoughts can rid your body of disease. An example of this is the placebo effect. Negative, stressful, low-vibration thoughts can cause disease. So, thoughts can heal, but they can also cause illness and disease. Stress (i.e. negative thoughts) causes an increase in acidity in the body, which leads to an increased chance of illness and disease. Thoughts can be conscious or not. For example, grief can cause cancer, and anger can cause heart attacks. Driving a car can increase stress levels up to 1,000 times the normal levels; maybe more in Los Angeles or New York City. And, if talking on a cell phone while driving, the stress can be up to 5,000 times greater. Also, worrying, watching scary movies, arguing with people, and reading or watching the news increases stress.
Dr. Coldwell (Germany) treated over 35,000 patients with terminal cancer without the use of drugs or surgery. He treats only stress, and it has been found that the healthiest people are the ones with the least amounts of stress. Positive thoughts and emotions, and low amounts of stress create an alkaline pH in the body. Negative thoughts lead to the opposite (acidic) pH, which causes increased illness and disease. Words affect us. They can create stress, which causes acidity. The right words and thoughts can even change a person’s DNA. So, this is even more important than all other things (e.g., what goes in our mouth, what goes on our skin, our elimination, detoxing, etc.) in terms of keeping us healthy and without illness. The most obvious common denominator for longevity is how you think and talk. People who live longer are usually very positive and optimistic individuals. They don’t take life very seriously and they don’t care much about things. They are lighthearted. They greet each day in the spirit of thankfulness. Attitudes really make the difference. Our thoughts are more negative because of the images we are getting from television, movies, magazines, and newspapers (e.g., kid’s computer games – the sounds are not positive as well. Driving also leads to increased stress, which causes increased illness. Since all matter consists ultimately of energy in simplistic terms, the cause of all disease is energetic imbalances (i.e. stress). So, when this occurs, we are more susceptible to germs such as viruses and bacteria, and our bodies prematurely age, developing a vast array of diseases and medical problems.
In conclusion, there are four reasons people get sick:
The following chapter discusses the things you can do to help eliminate these four energetic imbalances or causes of disease and illness.
Chapter 6: How to Never Get Sick Again.
How can you cure every disease, live healthy and disease-free, or be young, forever? How can you have dynamic, vibrant health and live to be one hundred years old? You can slow down or reverse the aging process. If you have occasional headaches, fatigue, indigestion, colds/flu, aches and pains, heartburn, or constipation, etc., this is not normal or healthy. A healthy person has no body odor, no bad breath, no foot odor, nor urine or stool odor, etc. (i.e., no toxins coming out); they sleep deeply and soundly, have no dandruff or skin rashes, are not depressed or stressed, and rarely, if ever, get colds/flu, heartburn, aches and pains, etc.; they are full of energy and vitality, and never have to take nonprescription or prescription medicines. Therefore, every one of us is, to some degree, unhealthy; and if we continue to do the same things, we will slowly deteriorate and get sick and continue to have decreased energy levels. And then, the only thing that will increase is the use of prescription and nonprescription drugs. So, one thing is certain: we are full of toxins and deficient in nutrients.
In terms of the lifespan statistic, I want to scream every time someone says that we are living longer than ever before. This is absolutely a lie. The government wants you to think this is true so you think drugs and surgery are the reason for this. Actually, more people in their fifties, sixties, and seventies are more feeble, sickly, and barely living. Yes, people are staying alive longer, but they are vegetables, or have virtually no quality of life.
What to Do?
In general, we should first seek out a proper alternative, all-natural, healthcare provider who does not use any drugs or surgery. You need to treat the cause of the symptoms as an individual, not just the symptoms. Also, what works best for one, may not work best for another. So, take responsibility for yourself and seek out what works best for you. And don’t wait until the symptoms start showing up. In general, to eradicate and prevent all illnesses and disease and slow down or reverse the aging process, you must do the following:
The following is a list of specific recommendations that achieve the above results. Try not to be overwhelmed with this list. Only do as much as you feel comfortable. You can add one or two recommendations weekly. Remember, just doing a little can have profound effects on how you feel. This list is not necessarily in order of importance. However, in general (based on experience and observations), the recommendations listed at the top have more significant results compared to the ones near the bottom of the list, but the recommendations at the end of this list may have a huge impact on one person compared to another:
The above four suggestions are what I call the basic four for the treatment and prevention of all disease. These are the things that you must do, in my opinion, if you are serious about preventing and curing disease. Since we know that there are four reasons people get sick (1) they are putting too many toxins into their body and not flushing the toxins out fast enough, so their bodies are toxic, (2) they are not putting enough of the necessary nutrients into their body, and the nutrients that are going in are not being absorbed, which is why we are nutritionally deficient, (3) they are exposed to, and negatively affected by, electromagnetic chaos; and (4) they have trapped mental and emotional stress. Therefore, the following address each of these areas with specific recommendations on how to achieve this by turning the body’s pH from acidic to alkaline, creating balance or homeostasis, thus preventing and curing every illness and disease:
A. Clean Out The Toxins That Have Accumulated In Your Body
Since you were a baby, you have been flooding your body with poisons and toxins, including everything from vaccines, prescription and nonprescription drugs, the air you breathe, the water you drink, shower, bathe and swim in, all the chemicals put in our food supply, toxins from carpeting, paint, cosmetics, makeup, soaps, lotions, sunscreens, and even nonstick cookware. Just simply cleaning the toxins from your body could be your "natural cure" of your disease. Remember this may take some time (months) to see the results since this has probably been going on for many years. Here are the best ways to clean the toxins out of your system:
B. You Must Stop Putting Toxins in the Body
The above list gets toxins out of the body. Now it is important that you at least reduce the amount of toxins going into the body on an ongoing basis. The following list will dramatically reduce the amount of toxins you are putting into your body. Remember, these recommendations have a profound affect on preventing and curing illness, and getting right at the cause of the symptoms and disease by changing your body’s pH from acidic to alkaline:

4. Don’t drink tap water. It’s poisonous, and loaded with contaminants, toxins, and cancer-causing agents including deadly chlorine (which scars the arteries like hydrogenated oils and homogenized dairy products, causing heart disease) and fluoride (which is one of the most poisonous, disease-causing products you can put into your body). Drinking tap water causes illness and disease. Use water filters such as reverse-osmosis, steam distillation, or bottled water (see website).
5. Use a shower filter. You absorb the chemicals through the skin and inhale the poisonous vapors. The chlorine in one shower is equal to drinking six glasses of chlorinated water.
6. Eat only 100 percent organic food. It has much higher amounts of nutrients. Do not eat food that has been grown with chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides.
7. Don’t eat in fast-food restaurants. Read the book "Fast Food Nation" and watch the documentary "Super Size Me!" The food served there is the most nutritionally deficient and chemically loaded food on the planet. It is better named "fast, good-tasting poison." It is designed to increase appetite and purposefully constructed to make you physically addicted and obese. If you eat fifteen fast-food meals per week, you have a 90 percent chance of getting heart disease or cancer. All restaurants are not created equal. Virtually all restaurants have the following problems: In order to make a profit, restaurants must buy the cheapest foods available from large, bulk-food suppliers. Many foods are not even cooked at the restaurant, but just reheated. This is worse with franchises, chain restaurants, and fast-food restaurants. Most restaurants use microwave ovens, and reuse their frying oils all day and maybe for many days. This makes the oil rancid and thus carcinogenic (causes cancer). Many of the foods are pre-packaged and not fresh, and thus have to be sprayed or processed with chemicals to keep them from spoiling quickly. Many of these foods come in boxes, cans, jars, or packages, so don’t eat them. This usually means it’s been mass-produced with chemicals. It’s better if it’s organic, and from a small manufacturer. Read the labels and find out (see #8 in Chapter 8).
8. Do not eat anything that comes out of a microwave. Throw your microwave away! The food is energetically toxic to the body, even if it’s only reheated. Eating microwaved food on a regular basis causes depression and anxiety and weakens the immune system.
9. Do not use corn oil. It’s man-made.
I want to talk about one specific potential cause of cancer. If you know what the cause is and eliminate it, you can prevent and potentially reverse it, if it has not gone past the point of no return. What I am about to say is my opinion and many people wholeheartedly disagree. I believe one of the major causes of cancer, as well as one of the major causes of multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, ADD/ADHD, fibromyalgia, arthritis, lupus, and virtually all diseases, is eating food that has been in a microwave oven. You are reading this right. Let's consider that the Nazis invented microwave ovens. The Soviets took over the research that was started in Berlin, and looked very intently at how eating microwaved food affected the body. They found so many physical ailments that seemed to be caused directly from eating microwaved food that the Kremlin banned these machines for use. Authors Anthony Wayne and Lawrence Newell state in their article, "The Hidden Hazards of Microwave Cooking," that the Russian researchers found microwaved food had a decreased nutritional value and a significant diminishing of their "vital energy fields" of up to 90 percent! Foods with little nutritional value and no "vital energy" have a major negative effect on the body. Food that is in a microwave, even for just a few seconds, has the B-Complex, C, and E vitamins virtually destroyed. The essential trace minerals are rendered useless. These vital nutrients are important for stress reduction and the prevention of cancer and heart disease. Eating microwaved food also causes lymphatic disorders. This is incredibly significant. When lymphatic disorders exist, certain cancers form at a significantly increased rate.
The Russians reported stomach and intestinal cancers, as well as digestive disorders were all significantly increased in people who ate microwaved food. Cell tumors were also significantly higher. Eating microwaved food has also been shown to increase high blood pressure and cause symptoms such as migraines, dizziness, stomach pain, stress, and anxiety. Other observed and reported problems included hair loss, appendicitis, cataracts, infertility problems, abnormal hormone levels, adrenal exhaustion, heart disease, memory loss, and attention disorders. Also, crankiness, depression, and poor sleep. The Russian researchers stressed that eating microwaved food can be fatal. The energy produced in a microwave oven makes the food a poison. Consider, however, that this energy is all around us. Similar energy is in your cell phone, and the new long-range cordless phones radiating at a 2.45-gigahertz frequency is the same as your microwave oven. This microwave energy comes from computers, televisions, wireless devices, satellite transmissions, etc. This is why you NEED an electronic chaos eliminator.
Eating the molecularly altered microwaved food alters your blood chemistry as well. Consider this: Researchers have shown that if you eat organic vegetables that have been cooked in the microwave, your cholesterol rapidly rises. Swiss scientists have discovered that blood cholesterol is less influenced by how much cholesterol is in the food we eat, and more influenced by the molecular structure of the food itself. Any food that comes out of a microwave oven will send your cholesterol soaring. A noted researcher has stated that the effects of microwaved food can be long-term, permanent, and fatal to the human body. The minerals, vitamins, and nutrients of all microwaved food is reduced or dramatically altered. The human body gets little or no benefit from the needed nutrients, and the human body absorbs these altered, newly formed compounds that cannot be broken down and these compounds have a dramatic adverse affect on the entire physiology. This leads to cancer, heart disease, diabetes, MS, muscular dystrophy, lupus, and virtually every degenerative disease. Dr. Mercola agrees. "Recent research shows that any food that comes out of a microwave oven suffers severe molecular damage. When eaten it causes abnormal changes in human blood and immune systems." Not surprisingly, the public has been denied details on these significant health dangers.
Don't believe me yet? Well, do this experiment at home. Plant seeds into pots. Water one pot with water that has been "nuked" in your microwave, and the other with normal filtered water and watch what happens. Surprise, surprise, surprise. The seeds soaking up the microwaved water will never sprout. Does this scare you? It should. Throw out your microwave oven. More importantly, share your experiences for a possible class action suit against the manufacturers of microwave ovens. I believe they know of the dangers and have been hiding this information and lying about it for years all in the name of profit.
Make sure when you go to restaurants you ask them if they microwave the food. You will be surprised that almost all restaurant food is microwaved. Make sure they do not microwave any of your food, including sauces and gravies. This is very, very common. If you have cancer, did eating microwaved food cause it? Well, it certainly appears that it definitely at least contributed to your cancer. If you stopped eating any food that comes out of a microwave oven will you be preventing yourself from ever getting cancer? Well, you are at least taking one of the causes out of the equation, so you are at least dramatically reducing your risk of ever getting cancer. If you do have cancer and stopped eating microwaved food will your cancer go into remission? Well, it will certainly speed the process of your cancer going into remission. Keep in mind that eating microwaved food does not only cause cancer, but causes virtually every other condition and disease. Stop eating any food that comes out of a microwave oven.
10. Eliminate aspartame (NutraSweet®) and monosodium glutamate (MSG). Both are considered excitotoxins. Read the book "Aspartame, Is It Safe?" and "Excitotoxins, The Taste That Kills," and In Bad Taste, The MSG Complex, all written by medical doctors. These chemicals are responsible for many different medical conditions ranging from headaches, asthma, heart irregularities and memory loss to hyperactivity in children and seizure disorders (epilepsy). They harm the brain and nervous system and can cause Alzheimer’s, Lou Gherig’s disease, depression, multiple sclerosis, and more.
11. Do not eat any artificial sweeteners (including Splenda®). All are man-made and are thus toxic. Science is not better than nature. These poisons cause many medical conditions. If you want to eat any sweetener, the best are raw, organic honey, organic, raw evaporated sugarcane juice, or stevia. [Agave nectar is also good, as it doesn’t feed candida – ed.]
12. Do not drink diet soda (also known as the "new crack"). It is very addictive, and will actually make you gain weight as well as make you depressed. If you must drink soda, get organic soda from the health food store. Even a regular soda (even though it’s still very bad) is better than a diet soda. If you only replaced diet soda with regular soda, you would lose weight. The idea that diet sodas have fewer calories, and are thus good for weight control, is a lie. Remember, all carbonated drinks block calcium absorption.
13. Do not eat hydrogenated oils or trans-fats. They are man-made and are thus toxic poisons. They attack the artery walls and thus cause heart disease. They also attack the spleen, intestine, kidneys, and gallbladder, causing the internal organs to operate much less efficiently. This is in virtually every product you buy, but if you shop at health food stores, you can find many of these products without hydrogenated oil. Hydrogenated oil is a great example of how medical science says something is bad (or good) and then later reverses their position. For years heart patients were told to stay away from butter because it was bad for your heart, and to use margarine instead. Now the same doctors are saying that margarine is, in fact, much worse than butter, and to stay away from it at all costs.
14. Do not eat homogenized and pasteurized dairy products. Today’s milk and other dairy products are radically different in nutritional value and chemical composition than they were fifty years ago. Grass fed, organic, non-antibiotic and non-hormone-fed, non-homogenized, non-pasteurized (raw) dairy is incredibly healthy compared to the standard supermarket variety of dairy, which is fed antibiotics and growth hormones, is genetically modified, is pasteurized and homogenized, is fed chemically-laced feed, and has never been allowed to roam freely. Remember, homogenization scars arteries and is the leading cause of heart disease. Nature is not better than nature. When man gets involved and changes things from its natural state to increase profits, the food is no longer "real."
15. Do not eat high fructose corn syrup. This sweetener is commonly used because it is cheap and it makes you fatter and is physically addictive. The food industry wants you to be fat because fat people eat more, thus helping to increase sales and profits of food companies. The food industry has lobbied against the campaign to "eat less, exercise more" because this would decrease sales and profits. Shocking, but true
16. Use only toothpaste with no fluoride.
17. Do not use nonstick cookware. When heated to a high temperature it emits toxic fumes that can kill a small animal such as a bird. These fumes, when inhaled by humans, lead to respiratory disease, weakening of the immune system, cancer, depression, asthma, headaches, and a multitude of other health problems.
18. Eat only organic, kosher meat, poultry, and free-roaming animals that eat grass (not ground up, dead animal parts from diseased or sick animals that are not fit for human consumption) and are not genetically modified or given any antibiotics or growth hormones, and are killed and prepared in a kosher way (not shot in the head, releasing adrenaline, which is highly poisonous, or aged, which allows for a green mold/bacteria to form on the meat, which tenderizes it) (see website).
19. Do not eat farm-raised fish. They’re fed unnatural feed, and can be highly toxic.
20. Do not eat pork. It is a highly toxic, diseased food. A pig eats anything and everything, including its own feces. The meat is laced with disease and viruses. The human body virtually goes into toxic shock by consuming pork; the digestive system works nonstop in overdrive for up to eighteen hours trying to breakdown (digest) and neutralize it, not being able to completely digest it because it’s so toxic. Going off pork can increase energy and change attitudes. Try it.
21. Do not eat shellfish. More people are allergic to, and get sick or die from shellfish than any other food on the planet. Some examples of shellfish are crab, lobster, mussels, clams, oysters, and shrimp. Also avoid fish without scales and fins such as squid, eel, catfish, and shark. This is a kosher dietary law. Fish with scales and fins do not absorb the toxins in the water as much.
22. If you can’t eat it, don’t put it on your skin. The skin is the largest organ in the body, so whatever you put on it goes into the body. Many of the things we put on our skin are so poisonous that if we ate them we would die within minutes. I know this is unrealistic for many of you, but like I said before, if you can’t do something 100 percent, just do the best you can. If you can’t eliminate everything, at least reduce the amount of poisons you put on your skin.
23. Get an air purifier. The air in your house is most assuredly not pure and clean. In fact, it is unhealthy, and you spend much of you time there. You should have an air filter for your home (most importantly, the bedroom), as well as at work, if possible (see website).
24. Use only nontoxic, 100 percent organic cleaning supplies. Cleaning products used in the home have been proven to be a leading cause of cancer in children. They suppress the immune system and cause disease. This occurs by inhaling them or through contact with the skin.
25. Do not drink canned or bottled juice. First, they are pasteurized, which kills all of the enzymes. Second, they are filtered and processed, which increases and concentrates the amount of toxins. They also usually contain unnatural and added sugars. Drink only fresh juice made with 100 percent organic ingredients.
26. Do not use sun blocks. The sun does not cause cancer; sun blocks and tanning lotions do. This is one of the greatest frauds in history. The ingredients in sun blocks are now believed to be the number one cause of skin cancer. People in Africa, and other areas where the sun’s rays are very strong, do not get skin cancer; and it’s not the pigment in the skin as some suggest. People with African heritage living in America have the highest rate of skin cancer, and they stay in the sun the least. It is best to wear protective clothing when outside, and not wear sunscreens. You want to get some sun on your skin; it is healthy for you.
27. Do not take vitamin supplements. Most companies use the cheapest grades available, and are lab-made chemicals, which are not dosed in the proportions that you find in nature. We are all deficient in vitamins, minerals, and supplements due to our depleted soils, etc. The best way to correct for this is by juicing organic fruits and vegetables. This way we get all the vital, life force and enzymes in the proportions that nature intended. Take only whole food supplements (concentrated from organic foods, fruits, and vegetables). This not only gives you the vitamins, minerals, and enzymes your body needs, but also the supplements that science has not even discovered yet (see website).
28. Do not use antiperspirants or deodorants. Most of them contain deadly poisons, the most notable being aluminum. This goes into the lymph system and breasts, and is thought to be a major cause of breast cancer. A healthy person should not have an offensive odor. If you must use an antiperspirant or deodorant then go to a health food store and read the label. Remember, if you can’t pronounce it or you wouldn’t eat it, don’t put it on your skin.
29. Do not eat white, processed sugar. White table sugar is grown with dangerous chemicals, striped of all nutrients, heated (destroying enzymes and any vitality it may have had), and can be classified as a drug because of its powerful adverse affects on the body. The chemicals that are used in the growing of sugarcane are known to cause cancer in sea turtles; and these chemicals still remain in the finished product. Sugarcane that is raw, organic, and unprocessed is healthy and good for you (see website).
30. Do not eat white, processed flour. Similar to white sugar, it is chemically treated (bleached) and striped of all natural fiber and nutrients. When mixed with water it makes a paste that turns hard as a rock (remember using it to make papier-mâché?), which is why it’s difficult to digest and causes constipation. White flour also spikes insulin levels.
31. Eat nothing that says "fat free" on the label. Food companies will do anything to get you to buy their products. "Fat free" does not mean "healthy." These foods are usually loaded with tons of sugar.
32. Eat nothing that says "sugar free." These foods have artificial sweeteners in them. Don’t buy them.
33. Eat nothing that says "low carbs" or "net carbs" on the label. This is the biggest scam going on right now. These foods are loaded with chemicals and artificial sweeteners, which claim to have no effect on insulin levels, so they don’t have to count these real carbohydrates in the net carbohydrate number. For example, the label can say there are two grams of net carbohydrates, but the product may really have as many as forty grams of real carbohydrates.
34. Do not eat "food bars". They are man-made, highly processed, and filled with chemicals to make them, first and foremost, taste good. There are a few all-raw, organic food bars that are good. Check the labels (see website).
35. Do not consume diet or protein shakes. They are also like food bars in that they add chemicals to make them taste great by using the cheapest ingredients possible. With rare exception they should be avoided at all costs.
36. Stay away from hot tubs, steam rooms, and swimming pools. People think that swimming in a pool or relaxing in a hot tub is healthy. The exact opposite is true. They are filled with excess chlorine, which suppresses the immune system, dries the skin, and loads the body with high amounts of chlorine, scaring the arteries and leading to heart disease. Steam rooms use tap water and are thus a poisonous gas chamber. Use a system that doesn’t use chlorine or chemicals, and, instead, uses ozone and oxygen or other chemically free systems. If you can’t drink it, don’t swim in it. Oceans and lakes are living, fully-vitalized, natural waters, so they’re okay, even though you can’t drink from them.
37. Eliminate air fresheners. They put toxic chemicals into the air. Use only 100 percent organic essential oils, air fresheners that you can purchase at health food stores (read the label) or air purification systems. Remember, if you can’t eat it, don’t spray it in the air.
38. Eliminate fluorescent lighting. It makes you tired and weakens your immune system. Replace it with full-spectrum lighting (similar to natural sunlight), which can have incredible health benefits, the most notable being increased energy, decreased stress and the alleviation of depression.
39. Reduce or eliminate air conditioning. Most are not healthy. They make the air unnatural, and can increase the amount of colds and flu you come down with.
40. Avoid dry cleaning. These chemicals are toxic poisons, and putting them on your skin increases the risk of dozens of diseases.
41. Make your own beer and wine. If you are going to drink beer or wine, make sure they are made with pure organic ingredients; it’s much healthier. The chemicals and processing are what make them less healthy, but even the unhealthy versions of beer and wine are better than canned or bottled juice or soda.
42. Buy a good vacuum cleaner with a HEPA filter. [The best vacuums are sealed units, like the Miele, because most vacuums don’t get most of the particulate matter to reach the HEPA filter before it just blows the material up into the air, which can take a few days to finally settle back on the floor, increasing symptoms of allergies, etc. – ed.]
Doing the above things will reduce the amount of toxins put into your body, which can (and do) absolutely, categorically, 100 percent cure disease. For example, there have been people with multiple sclerosis that have had all of their symptoms vanish by only simply stopping the consumption of diet sodas. People with diabetes have stopped eating in fast-food restaurants and in three weeks they no longer had diabetes. People with migraines and constipation have stopped eating pasteurized and homogenized dairy products, and their migraines stopped and they became more regular. People with horrible skin rashes and acne use a shower filter and their skin becomes smooth and beautiful again. Don’t be misled that things as simple as these are not cures because these are the things that are causing your illness and disease; and eliminating them can and do cure disease!
C. You must handle and address your nutritional deficiencies
By now, hopefully you know that you have nutritional deficiencies. Virtually every single person on the planet has nutritional deficiencies to varying degrees. This is because the way food is grown and processed strips the nutrients from the food. Research shows that we would have to eat over five times as much food as our grandparents to get the same nutritional value. Actually, it is even worse because we have more toxins in our body, and thus cannot absorb as well the little nutrients that we do get. The bottom line is that you do have nutritional deficiencies, which absolutely cause illness and disease. So if you want to cure disease you must absolutely handle your nutritional deficiencies. The following list of dos and don’ts that will handle your nutritional deficiencies, and for many of you will be the miraculous all-natural cure that you have been looking for:
1. Eat more fresh, organic fruits and vegetables. You don’t have to be a vegetarian to be healthy. I have not seen any evidence that shows vegetarians live longer or are healthier than people who eat animal products. However, the healthiest people absolutely eat large amounts of fresh, organic, raw, uncooked fruits and vegetables. Four fruits and two large salads a day, without any other dietary change, can lead to increased health, and decreased symptoms and medical conditions. Cooked, non-organic fruits and vegetables are better than nothing. [Some body types do better with less cold and raw foods and juices. For these types, use raw, cold foods in moderation – ed.]
2. Buy a juice machine and use it. Drink three to four glasses per day. Organic juice has ten times more nutrients than conventional, and has none of the chemical fertilizers, pesticides, and fungicides. It’s impossible to get the amount of nutrients (vitamins, minerals, enzymes, etc.) from just food alone. Also, because of all the toxins in the body, it’s impossible to absorb all of the nutrients we consume anyway. [Some body types do better with less cold and raw foods and juices. 3. Eat organic, raw nuts and seeds. Stay away from roasted and salted nuts and seeds. They’re best in the shell because they retain their nutrients and freshness. There is tremendous life force in nuts and seeds.
4. Get natural sunlight. Your body needs sunlight. Don’t use sunglasses or sunscreens. The sun enters the eye and stimulates energy in the entire body. Thirty minutes a day, minimum, promotes incredible health benefits. This alkalizes the body, strengthens the immune system, and decreases depression. 5. Eat an organic apple a day. It’s true, an apple a day keeps the doctor away! Apples are a super-food and a natural cure for dozens of diseases.
6. Take coral calcium every day. The most important mineral that you are deficient in, in my opinion, is calcium. The FTC forbids me to say anything about coral calcium (see website).
7. Take all-natural vitamin E. The most important mineral that you are deficient in, in my opinion, is vitamin E. There are many forms of vitamin E on the market, but only two companies that I know of that manufacture the full-spectrum, all-natural form. Taking vitamin E can prevent heart disease, eliminate varicose veins, improve sexual performance, reduce or alleviate depression, and a whole host of other disorders.
Years ago, Vitamin E was a very popular food supplement. Today, the interest in Vitamin E has waned due to much more exotic herbs, minerals, natural formulas, and other breakthrough food supplements. However, Vitamin E is incredibly valuable for health, and is one of the most notable nutrients that people are deficient in. When people start taking Vitamin E supplements, reports of incredible heath benefits abound. There are many types of Vitamin E, and many brands. As always, I strongly recommend against taking any synthetic form of Vitamin E or buying any food supplement from a large publicly traded corporation. You can be assured that large publicly traded corporations have only one goal, and that is to make money. They will cut corners at every chance and generally spend more money on marketing and advertising their product than on the development and production of the best product available. Go to your local independent health food store and inquire, or go on the Internet and inquire about the various types of Vitamin E. Remember, stay away from publicly traded, chain "health food stores," like GNC. Always remember the money motive. Ideally, as I mentioned in my book, it is always best to take a concentrated whole food supplement, which contains all the vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and cofactors in the exact proportion that nature intended. Most people notice when they start taking nutrients that they are deficient in, they feel better, have more energy, have fewer symptoms, less aches and pains, sleep better, get colds and the flu less often, are less depressed, feel less stressed, and in many cases lose weight. Nutritional deficiencies are one of the main causes of all disease. Vitamin E specifically increases blood flow, circulation improves, and it helps oxygen get throughout the entire body.

Some of them have a natural substance added to help preserve the juice; however, the positive definitely outweighs the negative. I highly encourage you to buy and drink these juices as they have been shown to virtually cure disease miraculously. The juices are noni, gogi, mangosteen, aloe vera, and acai berry. These juices are convenient and provide you with super nutrition as well as help detoxify and cleanse the body. I personally have them in my refrigerator and drink them almost every day.
People come up to me all the time and ask what is one simple thing that they can do without changing their lifestyle that can make them feel better, reverse disease, and prevent disease. Well, there are a lot of things you could do that would provide those benefits. If we go back to our basic premise, which is you are sick because you have toxins in your body and you have nutritional deficiencies. Then let's ask ourselves what we can do that can help get rid of toxins in our body and supply us with massive amounts of nutrition. If those two things happen there is an excellent chance that you will feel better, have more energy, as well as having many medical symptoms vanish. 10. Take a whole food supplement daily. Whole food supplements are not synthetic vitamins and minerals that are made in a lab. They are "concentrated real food". They contain nutrients, living enzymes, and life force energy, in the exact proportion that nature intended. Whole food supplements include chlorella, blue-green algae, spirulina, royal jelly, and other types of concentrated whole herbs, plants, dehydrated juices, and/or sprouts. Remember your body is deficient in nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and various cofactors. This is a fact and there is no way that you can get all the nutrients you need by eating food alone. 11. Eat raw, organic honey, bee propolis, royal jelly, and bee pollen. Raw organic bee products and honey are super nutritious foods. Royal jelly, for example, has the highest percentage of components that defy chemical analysis. What this means is there are nutrients in royal jelly (like many other foods) that have not been discovered by science. This is an important point. Remember, science is not better than nature. Science continually thinks that they are smarter than anyone else on the planet. Science continually believes that they know all there is to know about health, nutrition, or anything for that matter. 12. Get an oxygen water cooler. 13. Take digestive enzymes. A decrease of enzymes in the stomach and intestines results in more gas, bloating, heartburn, constipation, indigestion, and acid-reflux. This decrease in enzymes is due to antibiotics, prescription and nonprescription drugs, chlorinated and fluorinated water, which slows metabolism, blocks the absorption of nutrients and dramatically reduces the body’s ability to produce these digestive enzyme.
